Our commitment

nouhbenzidane.fr respects the privacy of its visitors and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data-protection law. No personal data is collected unless necessary, and everything is done to minimise the footprint on your privacy.

Data controller

Nouh Benzidane, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIRET 899 453 401 00015, France.
Contact: fouzi.benzidane@gmail.com

Data we collect

1. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the following data is collected and sent by email:

  • Name
  • Company (optional)
  • Email address
  • Project type
  • Estimated budget (optional)
  • Free-text message

Purpose: to answer your request and, where relevant, send you a quote.
Legal basis: your explicit consent (submitting the form) and the performance of pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: 90 days after the last exchange, unless the relationship leads to a contract (in which case the 10-year statutory accounting retention applies).
Recipient: Nouh Benzidane only. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Processor: Netlify Forms (temporary hosting of submissions, see below).

2. Analytics

The site uses Plausible Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool with no collection of personal data, GDPR-compliant by design.

Plausible collects no individual IP address, no persistent identifier and no browser fingerprint. No consent banner is required (in line with the French data-protection authority's guidance for anonymous audience measurement).

3. Server logs

The host, Netlify, keeps technical logs (anonymised IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for a limited time, used solely for security and technical diagnostics. See Netlify's policy.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

The only technical cookies that may be used are strictly necessary for the site to work (e.g. remembering display preferences) and, under Article 82 of the French data-protection act, do not require prior consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction: restrict certain processing
  • Right to object: object to a processing activity
  • Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to withdraw consent: at any time

To exercise these rights, email fouzi.benzidane@gmail.com. A reply is provided within one month at most.

If the response is unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, or your local EU data-protection authority.

Processors used

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States) for hosting and processing the contact form. Safeguard: EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, European Union) for anonymous analytics.
  • Anthropic, PBC (United States), used server-side only for automated blog-article generation. No visitor personal data is sent to Anthropic.

Transfers outside the EU

Some processors (Netlify, Anthropic) are located in the United States. Transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses, in line with the post-Schrems II legal framework.

Security

The site uses HTTPS (TLS) for all communication. API keys and secrets are stored exclusively server-side in the Netlify vault, never exposed to the browser. A strict Content Security Policy (CSP) is applied.

Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect technical, legal or organisational changes. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
